Hi,

Well my crummy cold/flu caused me to visit the ER Sunday. My doctor thought I had pneumonia! I was lucky - it was only bronchitis. This whole week I've been on meds, had a reaction to the meds, mostly stayed in bed and ate what was fed to me. Thus, I picked up a couple of pounds that I lost. I am finally starting to feel better except for my cough. Hopefully by Sunday I should be able to get back to preparing meals myself and getting back to exercising. I do plan to be weighed tomorrow.
