Life is exciting. Boating, fishing, water aerobics (indoor and outdoor), golfing, swimming!  I'm braving it. I signed up for water exercise in deep water so I get used to it. I've always been afraid of deep water.

I've lost inches - almost lost my shorts today golfing. They have grown bigger while I lost inches. My problem is, I've not lost weight. But I must admit - I feel more energetic and much better. See you soon. jean
