On Saturday I had gained weight instead of losing. But, I am working out 5 days at the West End Y and I feel great. My body is rearranging and I love how better clothes are fitting. I can go up and down stairs much better. And, I do have much more energy. I hate to see next week come because my classes are off for 2 weeks. I won't sit on my butt though. I will find some type of replacements. later. j
