The pool is closed at the West End Y so I'm doing tons of house and yard work. The weight is finally starting to drop again. I'm working hard abut not the same muscles. We'll see what happens next week when I start working out at the outdoor pool twice a week. Swim 3 times a week and work out in the deep end of the pool 2 times a week. later, j
