This has been a great week. Until yesterday I was able to work in the yard and get an awesome gardening workout. Let's hope the weather turns nice again. Can't wait to get back out there.

I've invested in raised garden bed materials and soil so I can start my own garden. I'm so-o-o-o excited. Can't wait to get it going. I know it's too early but I'm getting all my seeds and ideas together. See you soon. j

This was a great week! I was weighed on Tuesday and I was happy with the results! Everything is down and my spirits were raised.

Now that the warmer weather is here, I will get outside more and move. I've got flowers to plant along with a raised garden for veges. I hope to improve the herb area, too.

We put out a few new bird feeders this past week and have enjoyed watching the various types of birds having a feast. Until next week. Spring is a wonderful time of the year. j
