Came back Saturday evening. Spent the week on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. We had a wonderful time and a lot of fun. Atlantis is expensive but enjoyable. We fed iguanas, stingrays (although one almost ate me) and was very near sharks being fed. We the the most beautiful beach of our lives! I think we walked at least 5 miles every day. My weight has gone up a little but my fat count is down so I consider this successful. Talk to you later this week. j

Well - today was a rough day in northeast Ohio. I hope everyone is okay and safe. The water is very high and our fingers are crossed that the boat is safe. I love the water still at the Y and Pool. The river and channel are another story! Let's hope for sunny days ahead. j

I finally started dropping a few pounds. I have really been doing water exercises and swimming. I also tried 'high test' Zumba. Usually I go for the 'gold' but I needs something. Talk to you soon. jean
